Daniel Lazo, Public Information Manager for Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services, stated, "We anticipated the playground would be ready for play on Monday, March 11 but are reevaluating our latest inspection."

The event, originally scheduled for Monday, March 11, from 12 - 1 p.m. at 647 S. King Rd. in San José, California, has been put on hold as officials review the readiness of the playground.
