City of San Jose Local Government Meeting today — event starts at 6:30 pm.
San José will temporarily close its longtime water park at Lake Cunningham but plans various summer activities onsite during redevelopment planning. Officials say portions of the regional park remain open while work toward new aquatic amenities continues.
San José will host Viva CalleSJ: Greetings from San José on June 14 as part of welcoming global visitors arriving for international soccer events. The open-streets festival features cultural activities across several neighborhoods with activity hubs at Japantown, St. James Park, and Santa Clara County Fairgrounds.
