On Tuesday, March 25, former Independence High School standout Tevis Payne’s current college team, the Houston Christian Huskies, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Aggies.

The game took place at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Husky Field against Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks.
