On Saturday, March 29, former Piedmont Hills High School standout Eli Hernandez’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, won 12-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Missouri State Lions.
The game took place at Warren Turner Field. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Warren Turner Field against Missouri State Lions.
