On Saturday, April 12, former Pioneer High School standout Mari Takeda Bajan’s current college team, the San Francisco State Gators, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State East Bay Pioneers.

The game took place at SFSU Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 11 a.m. at Bear River Recreation Center against Humboldt State Lumberjacks.
