San José State University released its athletics schedule for the week of March 9-15, highlighting upcoming competitions across several sports.

The announcement provides fans and supporters with an overview of recent results and previews key matchups, including a televised softball game on NBC Sports Bay Area. The update covers men’s and women’s basketball, swimming and diving, golf, gymnastics, tennis, softball, baseball, water polo, and beach volleyball.

In men’s basketball, the Spartans are set to compete in the Mountain West Tournament in Las Vegas against Boise State on March 11. The women’s swimming and diving team will participate in the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships in Flagstaff from March 9-11 before heading to Florida for the CSCAA National Invitational Championships. Women’s golf will play at the Juli Inkster Invitational in San Francisco after defeating Stanford last week. Men’s golf is scheduled for the Desimone Invitational in Daly City.

Women’s gymnastics will face Cal and Stanford in Berkeley on March 13 following a third-place finish at a recent tri-meet. Women’s tennis begins conference play at Grand Canyon University on March 13 after a close win over Santa Clara. The softball team opens conference play against UNLV from March 13-15 at home, with one game broadcast on NBC Sports Bay Area.

Baseball faces Cal on March 10 before hosting New Mexico for a weekend series. Women’s water polo has matches against UCLA and Harvard as part of the Aztec Invitational. Beach volleyball hosts Siskiyous and Saint Mary’s on March 13 and Cabrillo College and Pacific on March 14.

The comprehensive schedule aims to keep fans informed about Spartan Athletics’ busy week ahead.
