San José State women’s golf hosts annual Battle of the Bay against Stanford

The San José State women’s golf team will compete against Stanford in the Battle of the Bay on Monday, March 2. The event is scheduled to take place at the Los Altos Golf and Country Club, with match play beginning at 11 a.m.

The lineup for the day includes six matches between players from both universities. The first match starts at 11:00 a.m., featuring Kleopatra Kozakiewicz against Andrea Revuelta. Subsequent matches are set every eight minutes, pairing Regina Roldan with Meja Örtengren, Moa Andersson with Kelly Xu, Ting-Yu Chang with Anna Song, Lotte Schuhr with Megha Ganne, and Isabella Cioe with Paula Martin Sampedro.

Previous results show that Stanford has won most recent editions of this event. In 2025, Stanford secured a 4-0-2 victory. The previous year saw Stanford win 5-1. In 2023, San José State achieved a narrow win of 3-2-1. In 2022, Stanford won again by a margin of 5-1.
