On Saturday, March 15, former Oak Grove High School standout Daniel Madrigal’s current college team, the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Point Loma Sea Lions.
The game took place at Golden Eagles Field. This was their second matchup against the Sea Lions this season.
The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 12 p.m. at Russell Carr Field against Westmont Warriors.
