Census Bureau: More women than men in Carson city in 2019

Of the 92,079 people living in Carson city in 2019, 51.4 percent (47,355) were women and 48.6 percent (44,724) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Jose Standard.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 29,650-to-28,375. In the 65 and over age range, there were 8,974 females and 6,423 males.
