Of the 26,121 people living in West Whittier-Los Nietos CDP in 2020, 50.8 percent (13,261) were women and 49.2 percent (12,860) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Jose Standard.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 16. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,971 females and 1,630 males.
