Of the 23,555 people living in West Puente Valley CDP in 2020, 50.4 percent (11,872) were women and 49.6 percent (11,683) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Jose Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 263. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,234 females and 1,405 males.
