Of the 3,261 people living in Val Verde CDP in 2020, 49.1 percent (1,601) were women and 50.9 percent (1,660) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Jose Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 138. In the 65 and over age range, there were 113 females and 169 males.
