Census Bureau: More men than women in Santa Clara County in 2020

Of the 1,924,379 people living in Santa Clara County in 2020, 49.3 percent (949,638) were women and 50.7 percent (974,741) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the San Jose Standard.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 41,829. In the 65 and over age range, there were 144,086 females and 115,902 males.
